March Update for Wahconah Building Project , Workshop & Committee Meeting Dates

Community Workshops
The Wahconah School Building Committee will be hosting four Community Workshops in March. This is your chance to take part and provide input into the design of a renovated and/or new Wahconah! You will also have the chance to ask questions and learn more about the Wahconah School Building Feasibility Study. These workshops will be facilitated by our Design Team from DRA. Below is a list of dates, times, and venues for these exciting events:

March 27
Windsor Town Hall at 5:00 p.m. (for Windsor/Cummington residents)
Wahconah Regional High School at 7:00 p.m. (for Dalton residents)

March 29
Becket-Washington School at 5:00 p.m. (for Becket/Washington residents)
Kittredge Elementary School at 7:00 p.m. (for Hinsdale/Peru residents)

Wahconah School Building Project Update

Good afternoon Central Berkshire Families,
Things are moving right along with the Wahconah School Building Project. We will keep you completely informed on all happenings with the project. Below are some upcoming meetings and events, and attached is the latest Wahconah School Building Project Newsletter

Full School Building Committee meetings are open to the public and take place from 4:30-6pm in the Wahconah Library on the following dates:
  • Thursday, February 15
  • Thursday, March 15
  • Thursday, April 12
  • Thursday, May 10
  • Thursday, June 14

Pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, household batteries, insect sprays, small quantities liquid mercury products, rodent killers, muriatic acid, used motor oil, flea powder, no-pest strips, chemical fertilizers, lighter fluid, swimming pool chemicals, rust proofers, wood preservatives, wood strippers and stains, paint thinners, oil based paint, varnish, aerosol cans, sealants, adhesives, fiberglass resins, drain cleaners, oven cleaners, floor cleaners, toilet cleaners, carpet cleaners, metal polish, moth balls, chemistry kits, antifreeze, old gasoline, kerosene, brake fluid, transmission fluid, engine degreaser, carburetor cleaner, radiator flusher, roofing tar and non-latex driveway sealer, helium tanks
