2026 Peru Town Meeting and Annual Town Local Election

The  Annual Town Meeting is Saturday June 6, 2026, 6:00pm,

and will be held at the Peru Fire House 11 East Main Road. Peru.

The Voter Registration Deadline is 5:00pm May 27, 2026

A Voter Registration Session will be held in the Town Clerk’s office from:

9:00am-11:00am & 3:00pm-5:00pm  on May 27, 2026

The Annual Town Local Election Saturday  is June 13, 2026

Polling Hours: 10:00am-4:00pm

Official Polling Place: Peru Community Center

3 East Main Road, Peru MA

The Annual Town Election Voter Registration Deadline is 5:00pm June 3, 2026

A Voter Registration Session will be held in the Town Clerk’s office from:

Last Day to Object Or Withdraw Nomination Papers is by 5:00pm Tuesday May 12th  Absentee Ballots will be available after May 12th 

Vote by mail/ Absentee Any mail-in ballot must be requested in writing by 5 p.m. on the 5th business day before the election. Your application can only be accepted if it has reached the Town Clerk office by the deadline. 

Absentee Voting in Person -You may arrange with the town clerk to cast your absentee ballot in person. Deadline for in person Absentee Voting for the June 13th Election is Noon, Friday, June 12, 2026.
